1. Information We Collect

When you visit our website, book a session, contact us, or pay for a KilaFight service, we may collect the following information:

• Name, email address, and phone number provided through our booking or contact forms
• Booking details, goals, notes, selected times, timezone, reschedule links, and cancellation links
• Payment status and checkout information handled by Stripe when you choose to pay through a Stripe checkout link
• Website usage data collected through our first-party analytics, including page views, clicks, form-step activity, scroll depth, video events, page-exit timing, browser details, and approximate location from hosting headers
• Local browser identifiers stored for first-party analytics, such as a visitor ID in local storage and a session ID in session storage
• Microsoft Clarity interaction data used to generate session recordings and heatmaps, such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, pointer movement, device and browser details, and performance or error information. Clarity masks text entered into form fields and drop-down menus by default.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process bookings, payments, deposits, training inquiries, and schedule changes
• Send booking confirmations, coach notifications, reminders, replies, and service updates
• Send promotional emails only where allowed, with an opt-out method in the message
• Improve our website experience and services
• Protect the website from abuse, spam, and unauthorized requests
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Analytics, Advertising, and Sale or Sharing

KilaFight uses first-party analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Pixel. Microsoft Clarity provides session recordings and heatmaps that help us understand how visitors use the website. Text entered into input fields and drop-down menus is masked by Clarity by default.

On the Book Now funnel, we send Clarity only the experiment name and version plus the assigned A or B variant as custom tags. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, goals, or form answers as Clarity custom tags.

Meta Pixel records page-view and related campaign measurement data. The current website does not use Google Analytics. We do not sell personal information.

4. Service Providers

We may disclose information to service providers that help us run the website and deliver services, including hosting providers, Microsoft Clarity for website-behavior analytics and session playback, Meta for pixel measurement, Calendly for scheduling, Stripe for payments, email providers for booking messages, and communication tools used to respond to inquiries. These providers process information so they can perform services for KilaFight.

5. Marketing Choices

You can opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe instructions in the email or by contacting training@kilafight.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. We may still send transactional or service messages about bookings, payments, safety, or account-related matters.

6. Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for bookings, services, records, legal obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and business operations.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information. California residents may also have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive personal information uses, and avoid discrimination for exercising privacy rights. 8. International Visitors

KilaFight is based in Canada. If you use our website from outside Canada, your information may be processed in Canada, the United States, or other countries where our service providers operate.
