Cookies Policy

Last updated: August 18, 2026

1. What Cookies and Local Storage Are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Local storage and session storage are browser storage tools that help a site remember limited information between page loads or during a visit.

2. What We Use Today

The current KilaFight website uses browser storage, cookies, and website requests for the following purposes:

  • Booking session storage: Keeps your booking confirmation details available after you complete a booking, so the confirmation page can render correctly.
  • First-party analytics identifiers: Stores a visitor ID in local storage and a session ID in session storage so we can understand site activity.
  • First-party analytics events: Sends page, click, form-step, video, scroll-depth, and page-exit events to KilaFight's own analytics endpoint.
  • Microsoft Clarity: Uses cookies and similar technologies for session recordings, heatmaps, and website-behavior analytics. Text entered into input fields and drop-down menus is masked by Clarity by default. Book Now custom tags contain only the experiment name and version plus A or B, not contact details or form answers.
  • Meta Pixel: Loads on website pages for page-view and related campaign measurement.

3. What We Do Not Use Today

The current website does not use Google Analytics. We do not sell personal information.

4. Third-Party Services

Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel operate on KilaFight website pages. Calendly, Stripe, email, map, and social media services may also use their own cookies or tracking technologies when you use their websites or links. Their privacy and cookie policies apply to their services.

5. Managing Cookies and Storage

You can control cookies, local storage, and session storage through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete stored website data. Microsoft Clarity also adapts cookie use to applicable consent signals, and some recording or funnel features may be limited without consent. Blocking browser storage may limit booking-confirmation persistence and may reduce analytics accuracy, but the website should remain usable.

6. Future Changes

If KilaFight adds or materially changes third-party analytics, advertising pixels, retargeting, or similar marketing technology, we will update this policy and the Privacy Policy to match the active website.
