KilaFight Camp helps people in Ottawa build confidence through Muay Thai, boxing, strength training, and nutrition coaching. The goal is not just hard sessions. It is a system that makes progress easier to repeat week after week.
What We Do
Most people do not need more information. They need a clearer starting point, better coaching structure, and someone paying attention when life gets messy. That is why KilaFight Camp combines combat-sport skill development with simple nutrition guidance and weekly accountability.
Members range from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Some want fat loss and confidence. Some want better striking, better conditioning, or a disciplined routine that finally sticks. The approach is adjusted to the person, not forced the other way around.

KilaFight Camp operates inside Ottawa Fight & Fitness at this shared Kaladar location, serving Ottawa members looking for Muay Thai, boxing personal training, weight-loss coaching, and structured accountability in one place.
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Free parking available on-site.
